During the month of October, 2009, there were 112 closed residential sales (up from 88 sales in September), 140 new listings and 135 new pending sales. The average sales price was $373,530 (down from $400,991 in September); the median sales price was $340,000 (unchanged from $340,000 in September); the average number of days on market was 64 (down from 66 in September).
